*Please track your package closely and take plant in as soon as it’s delivered. We package your plant very carefully so it has plenty of water to survive, but please be sure to open the box and cut wrapping very carefully and submerge in soil or water as soon as it arrives.*


COLD/HOT PACKS

We highly recommend cold/hot packs for all orders! For very hot summer a cold pack will help sustain your plant before it reaches its new home. For cold winter a heat pack will help your plant Stay warm. Please have it included in your order to prevent the plant from DYING in transit! We HIGHLY recommend it.

Cold/Hot packs are available for purchase as a separate listing in our shop. If your purchased plants are being sent to a location that has hot weather (80+ degrees) or location that has cold weather (40 and below degrees) , we highly recommend a cold/hot pack. One cold/hot pack is sufficient for 1-2 plants. If the customer decides not to purchase a cold/hot pack and the plant dies during shipment, Indoor Jungle Nursery is not responsible for any damages.

Please message us upon delivery of your plant if it is in less than ideal health. Any package that is delivered to you damaged including the content, PLEASE take photographs of both the box and the plant. PLEASE NOTE: The plant will need time to adjust to your environment. Initial cosmetic issues such as browning tips or leaves yellowing can occur. These are results of stress from transit & the shipping process.

Shipping:

All plants ship USPS priority with $100 USPS insurance that covers shipping delays or handling damages. I pack all plants thoughtfully and exactly how I would want to receive them myself. Unfortunately, shipping is out of my control, and once a plant leaves my care I cannot be responsible for any damages incurred as a result of USPS handling or delayed packages. Damages as a result of USPS are covered under insurance and I am happy to walk you through the process of placing an insurance claim. Please note this must be completed within 24 hours.



We are not liable for damage done to plant by elongated delivery times, heat/cold damage, or mishandling by USPS. If you are experiencing poor weather in your area or are out of town and need your package held until a future ship date please send us a message. We are always happy to accommodate any shipping request. When ordering multiple plants that can be combined and shipped in the same box, shipping overages will be refunded to you prior to shipment.

Please be aware that you MUST KEEP YOUR DAMAGED ITEM to show proof of damage to your local USPS to place an insurance claim. This is a new policy. A refund will not be provided without proof of damage brought to your local USPS hub within a certain time-frame (USPS will send a letter providing you with more info after placing a claim on USPS.com).
